Jentel Manufacturing Ltd. (Jentel) is a privately owned and operated business. A family owned business with its Canadian headquarters located in Calgary, AB since 1993.

Jentel is specifically a sheet plastic thermoforming company that has collectively over 50 years of related experience. In the thermoforming industry, Jentel continues to grow and garner market share. This is due, in large, to the professional and expeditious manner in which Jentel satisfies its customers needs.

Our services include custom thermoforming and fabrication, 3axis & 5axis CNC trimming, product design and development, and in-house mold making. Jentel's thermoforming machinery have the capabilities to form sheet plastic up to a maximum sheet dimension of 54" x 100". This large sheet capacity allows Jentel to take on projects requiring large part tools, or to make certain projects more efficient by using multi-cavity tools, allowing production of many parts at the same time.

The most recent development inside of Jentel is the division called Jentel Storage Systems who is the developer of a small parts storage system called "multi-bins!".

By following it's corporate mission, Jentel continues to grow and prosper, and continues to be a significant competitor in the sheet plastic thermoforming industry.

It has been an interesting, challenging and rewarding experience to be involved in thermoforming of plastic sheet for the past 20 years.
